Kensington Market eh!
72 hours in and around Toronto’s most vibrant neighborhood
Photography & words by Martijn Droger
Suddenly, summer is back in Canada’s largest city. A warm Autumn sun brings change to the ever-busy streets of Toronto’s most diverse area. Out of nowhere, bare arms en sunglasses are everywhere around Kensington Market. Hipsters on old racing bikes occupy the bike lanes. Tourists are amazed by the many colors all around them. Walls and faces. So close to the dominant skyscrapers of downtown Toronto, the Kensington Market area is Toronto’s reminder for authenticity.
Thank you for being my audience.
