I don’t.

Viennese culture has been influenced by more nationalities & ethnicities than I can name. That is part of the legacy of the Austro-Hungarian empire.

Want to insult a guy from Vorarlberg? Call him Viennese.

Over longer a time frame ALL countries are multi-cultural.

Russia too: Russia is a multi-national state with over 170 ethnic groups designated as nationalities; the populations of these groups vary enormously, from millions (e.g., Russians and Tatars) to under 10,000 (e.g., Samis and Inuit).[297](From:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russia#)

Culture changes

My grandfather balked at Jazz music, but loved Wagner. I happily listen to Wagner sometimes, but also enjoy French chansons, Jazz, US & Austrian pop, as well as other styles.

I call all that part of my culture, as do many fellow Austrians.

So even over my & my grandfather’s lifetime Austrian culture has changed a lot.

I bet the same is true for any other country.

Change is the only constant
