Stop Overthinking: How to Achieve the State of ‘No Thinking’

These skills have taken humans very far. These abilities have been distinguished between animals and humans.

Yet, many people lose control of their minds when thinking. They start to overanalyze alternatives and situations in a not-very-healthy way. And there are many reasons for this.

This phenomenon is increasing and affecting even more people at a rapid rate. We call it “overthinking,” and it’s one of the most worrisome conditions of our times.

Excessive thinking is one of the main ills of our generation. It is when we spin our thoughts a thousand times without reaching any conclusion. Fear and guilt are the main characters, and they are always present when overthinking pops up.

It could lead to stress, frustration, or tiredness, among others. It impedes us from making decisions.

Likewise, it could turn a great experience or opportunity into something stressful and harmful. Or even worse, it could affect our mental health.

The worst part is that many turn this into a habit…
