Working in a Tech company

Coming from politics as main background, gathering experiences in advertising, PR and promotion, transferring in management and staff supervising in catering, living in different countries in different periods of time, I was always striving for something that challenges me and keeps me wide awake.

At age of 25, completely unexpected and unplanned a Tech company draw my full attention. From the beginning I was fully aware they were not just a tech company, because you could feel higher purpose and goal they’re aiming to achieve, in everything they were doing.

Looking from the outside, it looked completely challenging.
When I start working with them I entered in another dimension of challenge.
I actually started realizing what was the real meaning of standing on the edge.

Working in a tech industry today, probably is the most challenging thing you can choose to do. Working in a tech industry as a non-tech person, the challenge you’ll face is triple.
But, where’s the fun part without a challenge?

I was surrounded with the unknown
Unknown environment, unknown people and extremely high expectations.
As I said, triple challenge.
Every day at work was a survival, striving to fulfill my responsibilities, trying to learn everything I have to know and learn it with the speed of light.

Once you start getting familiar with the stuff going on, things change.
In Tech industry every single day, something new is happening.
And it never stops changing.

After a time, you have just one goal to reach - keeping balance on the edge.
And trust me to type it and to manage to do it, are two completely different things. You have to maintain your running condition — A l l T h e T i m e, because if you stop for just a second you can be easily out of the track and getting back is not an easy thing to do.

If you want to settle for an ordinary life, I suggest you get out of this storm,
because this is a battle of the strongest and craziest.
But if you enjoy standing on the very edge with your one leg in the air, you’re in the right place.

As I know that I’m in the right place and I’m not moving even for an inch.
I’ve no idea what’s the next thing that will happen today or tomorrow, not even after a year or five, but that’s exactly what’s making me love this adventure!
