I only just switched to Pure Planet so I am disappointed the price has gone up even before I have received my first bill! Why can’t new customers be warned before signing up there is a price increase on the horizon. Instead you quote misleading figures on the predicted annual cost knowing full well this is inaccurate. Now after just signing up I have to go through the hassle of changing supplier again because you can’t be up front with new customers.
