Empowered people and teams feel and behave differently…

Super-Teams are ordinary people achieving the extraordinary.

They’re able to do this because they’ve been empowered and can act autonomously.

They have a a shared purpose and they share success in an egalitarian fashion.

They’re aligned to a mission and are able to succeed autonomously.

Empowered people behave and feel differently due to the fact that they have less stress hormones and higher testosterone, even females.

That’s why when big organisations want to get things done effectively and efficiently, they create elite teams or special project teams.

Now they’re applying it to DAO’s -Decentralised, Autonomous Organisations.

But this is just how humans operate successfully.

We’re ‘hunter gatherers. We collaborated our way to the top of the evolutionary tree.

So it’s nothing new, we’re just engaging in a human evolution and returning back to the way we’re supposed to operate.
