The real “problem” with working remote still is, that in many companies the only equally measurable thing between employees is the time they spent “working”. Which as we all (at least in software industry) so well know, has no real correlation to productivity.

I have the awesome possibility to work remote. Just decided not to switch jobs mainly because of that!
