This is a really helpful tool Jessica Guzik! So currently I’m running a little experiment with long-term goal setting… for 31 days I am writing for at least half an hour on the person I want to be in 10 years.
I am finding it really helpful with allowing my subconscious to bring some deeper ideas to the forefront — seems like this would fit perfectly with your tool! Splitting this into 5 areas was an idea I had too, and giving myself the time and the space to really question where I am aiming in each area is super motivating and aligning :)
