Thanks for reading! For me, I use simple tools to help with improving mentally.
I’ve been into Meditation for about a year and my go-to is the Headspace app. It helps me be calm, and focused on my goals.
I also try to track and journal my progress and thoughts. I used an app called Grid Diary until I recently came across The Anatomy of an Effective Journal by Nherwin Ardona ♛. I’ve stuck with her method since.
This is where I would write my personal development goals and track them.
Also personal development needs someone to keep you accountable. If left to my own devices, I’d be watching Netflix until my eyes bleed. So I have a couple coaches/mentors to keep me honest. I suggest getting a coach or someone to help with personal development. That’s the best tool you can use.
