Thanks for writing this piece. I follow Dr Greger of Nutrition Facts.org and he gives the very same advice as you. Whole Foods Plant Based, no sugar, oil or salt. I feel so much better and know my body is much healthier for it. Now to get the medical community onboard, toss the pharmaceuticals out and stop food lobbyists from funding research and people taking personal responsibility for their health.
