My site, FlickFilosopher.com, is in its 20th year, and is the second most popular site on the Web devoted to the work of a single critic (the first is James Berardinelli’s). I have 100,000 readers and half a million pageviews a month. My reviews also appear in alt-weekly newspapers around the US, and I’ve got a slew of other online and print credits. It’s pretty disheartening to see that I’m not registering even with those who are paying attention to female film critics.
