I’ve had the total pleasure of writing about the floral industry for Floral Management magazine and the Society of American Florists since (gulp) 2003.

In the latest issue of Floral Management, I talked to four business owners about how they manage the many demands of online marketing and how they decide which tasks (if any) to outsource.

I also interviewed a manager who has learned how to keep morale high, and I helped a longtime florist articulate why exactly he trusts everyone on his staff to post to social media.
