That Curse on the Cubs — Neutralized

Dear Chicago Cubs,

It was not the goat. No, not the farm animal with a questionable smell.

It is the term “go at.” Knowledge of this will break the “curse” that is no longer a curse. It is a belief system — B.S. for short.

So, for 2016, change your mind, change your B.S., and go at the 2016 World Series possibility with a new frame of reference. Really, look at what it means to change “goat” to “go at” and your dreams will come true: “go at 1. To attack, especially with energy. 2. To approach; undertake.”
