Tim, I’d be interested to see your sources regarding climate change altering desertification for the better. It’s my impression that it will increase desertification. Drier places will get drier, wetter places will get wetter… I thought this was the predicted outcome. Also deforestation plays a major role, as trees are hugely important in maintaining the water cycle through evapotranspiration (water evaporates from trees, moving rain clouds inland)… We know that drought in Syria preceded the war. Just one example. But I think higher temperatures in already dry places are likely to prevent rainfall. Tell me if I’m wrong.
