Falling From the Clouds (Nine)

1- Sort desktop and download folder
2- Delete unwanted apps
3- Sort paperwork that have been on the desk for ages
4- Get rid of unwanted clothes
5- Go through photo gallery and sort pictures
And the list goes on.
In exactly one month i’m leaving the country and moving to Venice.
It’ll be my first big long term move, and for that I want to prepare myself mentally, and physically. That means moving down that to-do list and scratching off those long-awaited tasks.
Detox my body (My inner self)
I am taking this opportunity to start off on rock-solid grounds, with a clean slate. My body is this sacred bigger entity, the container which shelters my mind, my spirit, my emotions and feelings. For that it needs a level of maintenance. This goes from exercising more, to setting clearer nutritious goals.
Detox my room (Or the space around)
In the consumerist economy we live in, it is hard to resist to the temptations and stimulations we see and feel all around. We pile up clothes we know we’ll never wear again, we buy gadget that amuses us for a couple of days but that end up dying in the back of a drawer. I’ve been accumulating stuff for the past 26 years, and it’s been weighting heaving on me. I’ve already managed to spend some time for sorting sessions a while back, and I have to say that as minimal they were, they brought me a feeling of lightness and satisfaction. It’s this exact feeling that I am trying to retrieve, x10.
Detox my life (Or the environment around)
Working on one’s self and one’s environment will lead to feeling featherlight and will help advancing through life with a brighter and clearer vision. It’s my challenge for next month to reach this point and to set the foundation to a healthier and more productive living. And for Clarity.
