Well said, and I agree. Just because we think something must be true and really want it to be true doesn’t make it so. The very fact that some people have long, healthy, prosperous lives and others have short, horrible, pain-filled ones is for me the best evidence that there is no all-loving, all-knowing, all-powerful god or gods.
