No. I have not had this happen to me. But, I have seen the negative consequences of someone being in an architectural program. One of my sons went into architecture, and it was hell on wheels for him. The problem wasn’t the work…it was the totally unreal expectations…the inhumanity dished out under the guise of a difficult curriculum.

I don’t believe that any academic program, for any reason, ever needs to be so insane. It’s time to revamp such idiocity.

My son in quite artistic, and would have made a great architect, but fortunely he went into another line of studying after establishing for himself that the absurd was not for him. No one needs it.
