We have not tried these methods, but my husband has just recovered from Type 2 Diabetes. We now eat vegan and do not calorie count. Vegan eating tends to stabilize blood sugar so we are not hungry between meals. In our experience, Nathan’s recommendations look very realistic to me, and I believe we need to thank him and adhere to his advice in order to get rid of Diabetes.
