I am struggling with procrastination and I am trying my best to overcome this by thinking just about the goal, what i am doing. As every one distracted by a multiple factors during work, As I am. Through Facebook or Whats app messages or other notifications. Then I decided to overcome this by setting timer first and then start working.

After learning this idea, I applied by working on this online course. I decided to complete it in 3,4 hours. First I off my Wifi connection and start working. I try to stick my goal and avoid other factors and i done it in time. Then i feel It is the way to overcome my procrastination habit.
