Getting out of bed in the morning has been extremely hard for me my entire life. I always want another hour. I never want to leave the warmth of my bed. When I had to wake up early, I typically set an alarm for an hour before I need to leave, and then snooze twice and rush when I realize I’m running late. This was every day for me, sound familiar?
