Fitness Addict?
I have long arms so keep a closer grip when I benchpress, and press a little lower down the chest. Wide grip just doesn’t feel comfortable. I haven’t hurt my elbow in so long. It feels embaressing to get an injury.
Am I fitness addict? I am working out everyday. Doing shoulder press and deadlift everyday. When am I going to burnout? Why am I not reaching overtraining? I feel fine. Honestly I only have to workout 3 times a week. But I feel guilty if I miss a workout.
