We Can Move through Emotion Like We Move the Body. It's a Choice.
Versatilizing our Brain represents one's Flexible Power to hold one emotion, one mindset, one thought and switch it.
That Switching Power & Versatility may sound all too easy or even too good to be true, but it is True.
The Brain is able to feel one sensorial input emotionally at a time or in any single moment
We realize one pain (physical or emotional) can preside or take the place of another simply with our attention.
Emotion holds a location in the body much like pain embodies a place.
We also learn how both moving the body as well as attention become the key ingredients to moving our emotion & our attention from them.
You may think:
'Well that doesn't really eliminate the emotion, does it?'
Nor can we fully fathom the extent of pain or emotion our body holds inside either.
Alot of it is unconscious. That's why feeling emotion itself requires the conscious attention of our mind.
So changing what you feel becomes exactly that; changing our attention and our mind.
Soon you will learn to cease the feeling all together as we've learnt through our practices and studies that much of what we feel is perceived. It's not all there.
We start to realize and question something else quite magnificent...How much of what we feel is actually there??
And how much of it is in or our Mind? So its our minds that need moving. The hurt and pain is really, in there.
That's why we use the body and its relationship to the mind. We work with the body to move and versatilize (move around and switch up, the mind). When we learn to move our mind, change its attention, change its perception, versatilize it, free it, really by moving the body.
How we place our mind's attention can free, liberate or RELEASE our emotion. Not bound by the confines of our mind, we can in fact move it, change it, CHOOSE it...Much like we do our minds. And we use the body to help.
- It's palpable, tangible
- Its not going away (the body) at any fleeting moment
- It's Easy to Feel
Move your Emotion, as You Move Body & Mind
Move Towards Happiness.
It's a Choice.
