And the highest rate of return for the business in the short term is to have all those white male engineers in the room solving the problem quickly and efficiently. How many companies and organizations actually commit to a timeframe outside of the end of quarter or to an ethos beyond maximized return for the shareholder/investor? In speech…all of them. In reality…not many.
