The testimonials of the customers can do the job that your claims might not be able to. They can be regarded as the trust signals because the advertisement of your product done by the reviews of the clients is more reliable than what you have mentioned.

They are not only sincere but also relatable and motivational for the other customers to come and give your product a try. So to give more value to your customer’s testimonial here we have a few tips:

When you display the testimonials on your website, they are only words. So many of the visitors are not attracted towards simple quotes because it might give the impression that you have created them.

So in order to be more trustworthy, a better option would be to add the image of the customers that has reviewed your product. It will make more people believe the words because they will get the feeling of authenticity from it.

The best thing that you can do is add the testimonials like the story. it will be more beneficial because:

  • It will let the customers know how everything reading the product happened
  • It will allow you to add more details about the product or services
  • You can make the words more persuasive
  • Your visitor will feel the suspense when they will land across a good testimonial story
  • It will give them the answers to all the questions they might have about your product

One of the most customer grabbing techniques is the factual results that you provide them with. The more number signals you will add into your testimonials the customers will find your products more reliable. The reason behind it is that factual results are believed to me more realistic.
