Overview

Greetings community! We’re happy to release our development roadmap for winter 2018! We have a ton of new and exciting features, updates and crucial bug fixes in store for you — which we have outlined for you in this 7-week outline winter development plan.

November

Week 1: 12/11–16/11

WEB APP Bug Fixes:

Bugs related to intro requests Various small-scale bug fixed with a focus on improving intro requests related to:

  1. Pool admin and matched members receiving notifications about the match.
  2. Members requesting matches still seeing the request match button.
  3. Bugs switching between intro requests and matched members.

Android APP Bug Fixes:

Bugs related to intro requests and app stability Various small-scale bug fixes with a focus on improving paid pools:

  1. After a user join a paid pool, the “join pool” button is still displayed.
  2. Pool admins can’t create a custom join fee.
  3. Interests tags cannot be edited.
  4. After updating the app, the user must logout and log back in.

Week 2: 19/11–23/11

WEB APP

Bugs related to private chats Various small-scale bugs with a focus on fixing issues pertaining to the “private chat.”

  1. Slow loading.
  2. Wrong user name appearing.
  3. Even if users A and B are matched and user A sent a message, user B still sees “chat” placeholder.
  4. New message indication display.

Android APP

  • Feature Addition: Tip messages

Bug Fixes: Bugs related to private chats Various small-scale bugs with a focus on fixing issues related to the “private chat” and wallet screen.

  1. Show all transactions in the wallet screen, not just the last one.
  2. The same private chat is displayed multiple times.

Week 3: 26/11–30/11

WEB APP- No release this week

  • Infrastructure work: Add the required infrastructure to support comments and replies.

Android APP

  • Feature Addition: Pin messages.

December

Week 4: 3/12–7/12

WEB APP

Feature Additions:

  1. Complete infrastructure changes that were started the previous week.
  2. Implement pay to post feature: Create a new pool type in which members pay to post.
  3. Add requested fields to the pool edit page for:

A. Paid posts.

B. Paid comments.

Android APP Feature Additions:

1. Add requested fields to the pool edit page for:

A. Paid posts.

B. Paid comments.

2. Paid posts.

Week 5: 10/12–14/12

WEB APP Feature Addition:

  1. Add comments (replies) to the public chat — free and paid.
  2. Start work on the new pool feed UI.

Android APP Feature Addition:

  1. Add comments (replies) to the public chat — free and paid.
  2. Start work on the new pool feed UI.

Week 6: 17/12–22/12

WEB APP Feature Addition:

1. Complete the new pool feed UI including:

A. A feed style.

B. Posts

  • Free
  • Paid

C. Comments

  • Free
  • Paid

2. Implement infrastructure changes to the tips mechanism.

Android APP Feature Addition:

1. Complete the new pool feed UI including:

A) A feed style

B) Posts

Week 7: 24/12–29/12

WEB APP Feature Addition: Design changes to the member profile page.

Conclusion

We’re eager to begin our next phase of platform development.
