Agreed, and it often seems to crop up in these kinda situations that involve managing large gatherings of the otherwise anonymous “public”, usually by employing some sorta faceless ‘bureaucracy’ with inflexible (and not always commonsense) “rules”. Worse, it’s administered by employess who themselves are little more than just another ‘metric’. And ‘law enforcement’ is often simply another manifestation of the same tight-azzed bureaucracy and lack of thought, albeit expressed “physically”.
