Good point, and that is ironic. Dunno whether it’s about skin color per se, or if that’s just an ‘identifier’ for the cultural stereotype that’s assumed to be behind it. For example some stereotypes, like asians, are assumed to be less threatening than others. While on the other hand we have Trump’s comments about Mexicans as “‘Drug dealers, criminals, rapists”. Then there are the ‘exceptions’ who are supposedly just fine regardless… as long as they remember their “place”.
