Great points, and I doubt Millennials disagree that much on racism, it’s just that they don’t feel it personally affects them, especially for an age group that’s already so “diverse”…in their experience. So yeah, they’re big on stuff like a Universal Income (UBI), Unemployment, the Minimum Wage, and Health Care, but “race” doesn’t hit that close to home. And as a generation often accused of narcissism, it’s probably not surprising that they’d only care about the kinda stuff that’s “all about ME”.
In fact even Bernie Sanders, the current darling of Progressive Millennials, enjoys his greatest support of all in New Hampshire and his home state of Vermont… which are both 97% white!
