Had an interesting discussion elsewhere here with Jewels re: “Identity Politics” in general, and we kinda came to the conclusion that folks’ echo-chamber “facts” are really just another way in which we define ourselves and our world view nowadays, in an age where the interwebs and the spread of mass communication (and ideas) have dissolved traditional regional and personal boundaries.
