Hard to see all that “peace” and “free trade” happening as long as the more stable African countries continue to “look the other way”, while their less enlightened neighbors maintain the same dictatorships and oppression that have hampered the Continent so far.
The leader of Uganda’s delegation to the Pan African Parliament, Hon. Cecilia Atim Ogwal (Dokolo) has appealed to African countries to get rid of dictators and corrupt leaders as the continent embarks on the next fifty years.
“As we develop the agenda for 2063, Africa must protect itself and its resources. We must weed out dictators and corrupt leaders, who are enriching themselves,” said Hon. Ogwal.
