Sorry if that wasn’t the impression I got, and still haven’t really seen a response to the issue of organizations with cutthroat “politics”, a not uncommon phenom.

But agreed that the ability to deal with disagreement and “dissent” is still an important one. Though unfortunately the reality is that many organizations, and individuals, still don’t react well to such dissent, often choosing hyper-defensiveness, the entitlement of “experts”, and even hostility instead…

You know the kind… where they’re all “Peace, Love and Kumbaya”, with the “Management Tip of the Week” (but just don’t ask any questions)?! ;-)
