Yeah, have also noticed the same pattern among the Trump apologists. Kinda sad, but probably not surprising that ‘critical thinking’ doesn’t seem to be their strong suit. Although the relentless whining and ‘victimhood’ reminds me of a quote from Eric Hoffer, written back in 1951, but still amazingly ‘apropos’ even these days.
