Yeah, the part about maintaining ‘eye contact’ always bugs me, as I’m usually pretty attentive to what folks are saying and doing, including receiving cues from their overall body language. But whenever I have something fairly detailed to say or describe, I often have to first glance into space to collect and organize my thoughts… since continuing to gaze at them directly while I’m talking can be very distracting (and I don’t handle ‘multi-tasking’ very well …lol)!
