Love it! This is so true… at least when I think of a CEO that really has some work to do on themselves. But, the truth here too is that being a great leader does require just a touch of playfulness. There’s something powerful about getting in touch with (some parts of) your child mind, a time when almost anything seems possible, where you aren’t limited by your adult beliefs and short-sighted attitudes about life, what you can and mostly cannot do, and you knew how to be present, spontaneous, creative and joyful.
