The Problem

Piracy and lack of content availability leading to use of piracy websites

The Solution

Film makers to Youtubers have lost out on considerable revenue due to piracy. Veredictum solves this issue by first watermarking your content with their stenographic technology and registering your ownership on the Public blockchain. The stenographic technology makes sure that watermark is not lost even if the content is recorded by a third party device- example:- using a phone camera to record the content still doesn’t comprise the watermark. Secondly, veredictum empowers the creators to find their content that has been acquired and distributed without his/her consent.

Veredictum would also look to bridges the gap in content availability across countries . The platform would offer collective buying capabilities for content not offered in the country. For example the TV show Silicon valley which is not being offered in Australia can only be viewed from a pirated site.

The Team

Tim Lea the author of- Blockchain: Down The Rabbit Hole is a well respected figure in the Sydney blockchain space and has been working on the Idea for over 18 months. Being in the Sydney start up space I know for a fact that this is not a company looking to capitalize on the ICO boom to raise funds but have been working on this long before ICO’s came into picture.

ICO Market Cap
