Hi Gustavo, that’s right, Studio is not open source. But you could also do the customization adjustments directly in the configuration/xml/template files. It would be the same, or let’s say — at least not worse — than in Alfresco, where there’s not even such a tool like Studio as a (commercial) option.
In the end, the artifact that get’s deployed by Studio is just another jar file, that you could create in any way you want. No doubt though, Studio is quite handy.
