In this article, I am going to tell you the 5 habits you should start doing. In the first few days, it might seem like nothing has changed, but after a few weeks, you will see the difference. Just be patient!

1. Drink 1 or 2 Glasses of Water after waking Up

The Body is made up 60% out of Water, so obviously it is important to drink enough water throughout the day. But it is also beneficial if you drink water after waking up.

According to a study from the Medical Faculty of the Charité at Humboldt-University, drinking water on an empty stomach can speed up the metabolism. That means it also helps to lose weight.

Drinking water in the morning can also help flush out all the toxins that are stored in your body overnight.

2. Take a 30-minute walk outside everyday

Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health.

Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.

Walking requires no equipment and can be done at your own pace at any time of day. If you get bored, you can also go for a walk with a friend or listen to music or podcasts.

3. Sleep at least 7 hours a day

Good and much Sleep is important for various aspects of brain function, it can improve concentration and productivity. It reduces stress and improves your mood.

You also get sick less often, and it lowers your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease

A big thing why good sleep is so essential is that Mental health concerns, such as depression, are strongly linked to poor sleep quality and sleeping disorders.

4. Make your bed in the morning

I don't want to sound like your mom, but it is important to make your bed in the morning. Not only will it feel good to get into a made bed at night, but it’s also important for the success of your day.

Making your bed in the morning means one small win, which subconsciously will motivate you to achieve thousands of small wins throughout the day.

And you know what they say about small wins: they lead up to big ones.

5. Read more

Reading is not only enjoyable; it’s good for you. Whether it’s winding down before bed, taking a break in the afternoon, or when starting your day.

As for what to read? Start with inspiring books, books to educate yourself so while calming down and relaxing you can also learn things.
