Haven’t reached that level of detailed structure yet but working on it :)

A couple of recent readings that helped shape my approach:

Something I have discovered recently that give me great deal of satisfaction is to add daily short routines without spending any additional time on them. That is, turning previous unproductive time into productive one.

Couple of examples:

  • learning new language by using mobile App when commuting (30–40m per day)
  • listening to audiobooks while running or exercising at low intensity or when doing housekeeping activities (which all of a sudden don’t bother me as much as before)
