I think that all of the major software vendors have made a great (and necessary) commitment to improving their UX technologies. The problem that I still see is that they can still involve coding for their development and are still wrapped in the same governance/release models as their respective ‘backend’ developments (i.e. un-agile). The other thing is that most businesses run multiple vendor technologies, so it still means siloed UXs. There’s a need for a single (no-code and therefore agile) UX platform in an organisation that can connect to all and any backend data processing systems.
