Great insight. I completely agree. I’d be interested in hearing the property owner/manager’s perspective on setting up a SLA with metrics that are important to them. To use your example… if a Honeywell building automation service provider was interested in setting up an SLA with an owner/property manager, how would you come about determining the “value” of occupant comfort for the tenant? How would you evaluate/measure it? I don’t think the answers to these questions are solved, beyond performing surveys and making guesses at how much thermal comfort affects productivity. I think it would benefit the industry in a big way if this type of analysis could be standardized
