Interesting (or perhaps ironically), I posted an article on Medium this morning, where I wrote about my lack of goals and resolutions for the new year. Myself, I have very little use for them — goals and resolutions, that is — as they really don’t motivate me in any significant way.

Instead, as we cross over into each new year, I take a bit of time to focus on my ability to recognize opportunities — and do a deep dive into the previous year’s opportunities won and lost.
