Hey Matt Bilotti.

Hey Robert — that’s great to hear you found some connection to the work you’re already doing. Generally, there aren’t any standing meetings. The only one we’ve started to develop is one with the product managers and the executives, but the end goal there is to create a process that makes a weekly meeting unnecessary because all work is communicated and transparent in other ways.

The engineers and designers are talking all day long and having ad-hoc meetings as necessary, but more of a “stand at each other’s desk and talk something out” kind of meeting than your typical setup. Generally whenever a new task is being taken on, the engineering lead, the designer, and the product manager will sync on the details at a high-level to make sure they’re all on the same page to execute.
