I refused to speak at a conference because of their code of conduct. It’s funny what some folks consider diversity to be.

It’s like psuedo random versus random. You want random, but you don’t want repetition. You’ve selected for a bias. That’s cool. But I am going to call your flavour of diversity, psuedo-diversity because I think that’s a fitting analog.
