Would love to participate, but having dividends only paid when the fund surpasses the previous high water mark isn’t great. I know that Astronaut doesn’t do this, and with the volatility of the crypto market, I would expect there would be a lot of quarters with zero dividends. Let me know if I’m wrong, because other than this it sounds like a great opportunity.
