This is so true. It’s hard as data scientists to gloss over all of the decisions, context, data cleaning, and hard work that got us to a model and conclusion… but those decisions are almost always of little or no interest to stakeholders. It’s hard to boil what can be days of work into 3 to 5 bullet points.
