Really enjoyed this. I’ve read a lot of these morning routines and this one has to be one of the most comprehensive and balanced. Many times making time for silence/meditation and quiet contemplation isn’t included which I tend to find so key. My question to you is whether these 7 steps can be prioritized? Like if you only had time for let’s say 3, which are the “can’t miss”? Also what’s your take on “taking a morning off”? Or should every morning be a 7 step “miracle morning”?
