Perspectives

I’m fascinated by perspectives and I would love to see the world through someone else’s eyes, even just for a few seconds. I feel as though a lot of what we think in the moment is an amalgamation of our past and previous experiences collectively working together to provide us with a present picture. Usually alongside, a point of view.

I think that people can be philosophical with their point of view, especially when describing their reasons for it to others. This certainly provides a suitable canvas for discussion however what interests me more is what people are actually thinking or feeling in that moment. Every situation different, every emotion and thought unique in it’s own little way.

If we opened up to appreciating the range of perspectives that people can have over the same thing, would we start to appreciate life more from our own points of view? Would we feel as if we had more control over the little things we do in our day? The comments we make, the actions we take, the timbres we speak.

I’m finding it interesting to think about and hope you do too!
