What do you want to get off your chest today?

Are you not saying what you’re thinking because you’re worried of offending someone?

I find that all too often this can be the case. But then acknowledging the problem is undoubtedly the first step to achieving better results.

As I grow older and have more experiences I am starting to truly value my perspective and opinion a lot more enabling me to express myself in situations that call for it.

If people know you’re being truthful and authentic about a certain standpoint regardless of whether it’s positive or negative are they going to value your opinion more over time?

It’s much more likely that they will.

So don’t worry about expressing what’s on your mind today.

Let loose whilst remaining respectful to those around you and you might start to see better results in your life.
