In order to commune (form a community), you have to have communication. Or in other words:

IF THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION = THERE IS NO COMMUNITY

Question for other folks: Do you think that if there is poor communication, this necessarily leads to a poor (or dysfunctional) community?
