Coherency: Heal Yourself

Buddha contemplates infinite consiousness.

The word coherency grounds and activates my spiritual self in a concentrated way. If words are nutrition, than a word like coherency is a superfood.

Coherency is a way to understand a bridge an understanding of your physical self with your energetic self.

Your physical self is your physical body, your mind, and your heart.

Your energetic self is the vibration and frequency that your physical body produces, the quality of your energy flow through chakras and meridians, as well as an aspect of yourself that is eternal. Some call this the higher self, others know is at as the soul.

Your physical self and your energetic self are in constant communication. Our subscription to physical reality can put a lot of strain on our energetic selves. Why? Largely due to the fact that we put the physical cart before the energetic horse. Rather than live from spirit to influence the physical, we as a species, at this moment in history, tend to let our disconnected and unaware physical selves pollute and stress our energetic selves and systems. And then we throw our hands up in the air screaming, “Why is everything so hard?!?”

Coherency meaning a stable and cohesive condition of our energy and spiritual selves.

When we fail to give space, prominence, and authority to our spiritual selves, we lose coherency. Coherency meaning a stable and cohesive condition of our energy and spiritual selves. When our energetic self is coherent, than it in turn influences and brings cohesion to our physical selves. This actualizes as steady breathing, consistent heartbeat, clear and calm mind, and overall feelings of happiness.

So how do you attain coherency?

The image that comes to mind is a plug and electric outlet. If the plug is your physical self, you need to find a way to plug into the electric outlet that is your energetic self. There are endless ways to accomplish this. Seeking God through prayer, asking angels for help, journeying shamanically, working energetically with crystals and herbs, ecstatic dance, and yoga.

Before meditation, a person’s energy field can often look fuzzy or foggy. This is incoherency. After meditation, the energy field will have a brighter glow and more discernable shape, usually a shell or egg around the individual. This is coherency.

The outlet you choose is up to you, but the connection is what is important. The most common and effective connection is meditation. The physical benefits of meditation are well documented. But what is harder to understand, is how meditation changes the auric or magnetic field of an individual. The scientifically measured part that gives us an indication of a person’s energetic self. Before meditation, a person’s energy field can often look fuzzy or foggy. This is incoherency. After meditation, the energy field will have a brighter glow and more discernable shape, usually a shell or egg around the individual. This is coherency.

When I look at the current state of the world, there is a great deal to distract and contribute to an incoherent energy field. Prescription drugs, and their proliferation, are a sure fire way to lead to an incoherent energy field. Unawareness of the energy and cleanliness of your food, water, and air. Reactive energy states, and acting out of impulse and anger rather than love and compassion. Overindulgence in drugs or alcohol. Whatever pollutes the body can make connection to the soul more difficult. Therefore making coherency an ephemeral and unreachable goal.

When you feel out of control, depressed, and lost; it can help to redefine what it means. See it as incoherency.

Coherency is not a silver bullet, but it is an ongoing goal. When you feel out of control, depressed, and lost; it can help to redefine what it means. See it as incoherency. What steps can you take to get coherent?

What steps to improve your physical self?

What steps to celebrate your energetic self?

What mechanism for connection can you use?

These three questions can be a window for managing coherency.

Visualization and imagination are also at your disposal here. Due to overly flouridated water supplies, most modern human beings have a calicified third eye. This is the pineal gland that lies near the center of your brain. This is also your spiritual sight. If you can access this third eye, you can see your coherency or incoherent energy field. This may include stepping out of your body and observing your energy field throuh astral projection. It may also include getting symbolic messages. This actualizes for me personally as flowers. When I analyze my own chakras by looking through my third eye I see different colored flowers. The “flower chakra” spins and the luster of the flower tells me if my chakra is healthy.

Even if you can’t see it, coherency manifests as mood and thoughts. While I have been journeying shamnically for nearly 5 years, it is only in the last year that I have taken up an ongoing meditation practice. In doing so, I have seen the quality of my thoughts and mood shift dramitcally. As long as I plug in and connect my physical self to my energetci self first thing in the morning, I have a good day! Simple as that. No mystery. There is no right or wrong in meditation. The intention to do so, of putting the horse before the cart consistently, yields measurable results in my own life.

So the next time you feel out of control, the next time you are down, the next time you don’t know what to do next; think of the word: coherency. Ask yourself if it could be because your energy field is not coherent. And then joyfully take the steps to make that energy field coherent!
